All users who have successfully registered as SmartPLAY users by 5 November 2023 (Sunday) and have completed authentication are automatically entitled to enter the lucky draw with an opportunity to win prizes.  Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible SmartPLAY users by computer.

Activity period:

From today till 5 November 2023 (Sunday).

How to participate:

All users who have successfully registered as SmartPLAY users by 5 November 2023 (Sunday) and have completed authentication are automatically entitled to enter the lucky draw with an opportunity to win prizes.  Each user has a chance to win a prize.

Employees of the LCSD are not allowed to participate in this activity.

Prizes:

Grand prize: a new model smartphone (Apple iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 or HUAWEI P60 Pro) (3 winners)

Consolation prize:      

a smart body scale (10 winners)

a sports massage gun (10 winners)

a smart jump rope (10 winners)

Arrangement of the draw:

The LCSD will draw 3 winners for the grand prize and 30 winners for the consolation prize from all registered SmartPLAY users.

Date of the draw:

Winners will be randomly drawn by computer at 11 a.m. on 13 November 2023 (Monday) in the Audio-Visual Room, 1/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, where Patrick Wong C.P.A. Limited will be tasked to monitor the process.

Announcement of the winners:

The list of winners will be published on 20 November 2023 (Monday) on the LCSD’s SmartPLAY website (https://www.smartplay.lcsd.gov.hk/website/en/index.html) and Facebook Page “LCSD Plusss”, as well as in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.

Prize collection arrangements:

The LCSD will use the contact information registered in SmartPLAY to inform winners by phone of the prize collection arrangements on or before 30 November 2023 (Thursday).  Winners are required to produce the original of their identity documents when collecting the prizes, and the personal information therein must tally with the information registered in SmartPLAY (including names and identity card numbers).  Any unmatched information will lead to a winner being disqualified.

If the LCSD fails to contact the winner using the information registered in SmartPLAY on or before 7 December 2023 (Thursday), the winner will be deemed to have given up the prize voluntarily.  The prize will be given to the next winner in sequence on the waiting list.  For enquiries, please contact the LCSD on 2295 6567 during office hours.  Late enquiries will not be entertained.

The LCSD is not responsible for the winner’s failure to receive the prize collection notice caused by any incorrect or incomplete information in the account of the registered user.  If necessary, Smartplay users can update the information in SmartPLAY account at the earliest, and note the announcement of the list of winners by the LCSD.
